Customer support is available through a Call Logging portal that is managed daily through log numbers. Logging a call for support is essential in order for the Auto-Mate team to prioritise and manage your interaction. There is a link on the main website called "Support Portal" which will take you to a login page. Should you not have a login username and password please use the "Register" link and a password will be provided to you withing 24hrs.
In addition to the Portal assistance there is after hours support available.
Weekend stock takes are managed by logging a call three to four days beforehand so that resources can be made availabe to you to assist.
