Evolve has officially been approved by Toyota!

The Auto-Mate DMS Evolve complete with integration into eToyota Service Plus and Sales has been approved for go live. This is a major milestone for Evolve as it means that Toyota dealers are now able to take advantage of the latest technology in Dealer Management Systems in the form of Evolve.

Auto-Mate has a long standing relationship with Toyota and complies with all requirements that they and other OEM’s put in place from a systems integration perspective (on a no cost to dealer principle). 

Systems integration provide both the OEM and the dealer with standard practice which drives efficiencies. Added to that, access to information becomes easier for both the dealer and the OEM.

Evolve is now “live” at ten different sites across the following franchises:

Toyota, Nissan, Ford/Mazda, Renault, Iveco, Suzuki, New Holland and UD Trucks.

The system is ready for the balance of franchises with only Volkswagen integration approval pending. We are happy to confirm that this is well on track. Over the last seven months the Auto-Mate team, in partnership with the pilot dealer group, BB Auto, have been busy installing and polishing certain areas of the system. We are very proud to announce that all functional elements of the system have been signed off by the BB Group.

Auto-Mate’s culture of improvement is proving to be ideally structured to ensure that the system “evolves” to meet the business needs of its users. 

Over the last few months we have also met with various industry players to ensure that key functionality is carried through in the new system and that certain industry best practices around CRM and the Service Department are focussed upon to ensure value add.
